Incense pack sizes explained: grams, stick counts and combo packs

Grams measure the weight of a pack’s contents; a stick count tells you the number of sticks. Neither measurement, on its own, tells you the fragrance strength or exact burning time. Compare the same product and format first, then compare the quantity and current price.

What a weight-based pack tells you

Janak 555 is available in 50 g and 250 g packs. The 250 g pack contains five times the declared weight of the 50 g pack. This does not establish five times a particular stick count, because those listings sell by weight rather than promising a fixed number of sticks.

To compare current prices for the same product and format, divide the pack price by the declared grams. The result is a price per gram. Include any shipping charge or discount that applies to your actual order before deciding which purchase suits you.

What a stick-count pack tells you

555 Extra Long contains ten 16-inch sticks. Here the listing gives both count and length. Compare it with a similar long-stick format rather than treating “ten sticks” as equivalent to a 50 g or 250 g pack.

Chakra Muladhara contains 25 sticks. Count helps you know how many individual sticks are supplied, but it does not make different fragrances or formats identical in value. Your holder, available clearance and fragrance preference still matter.

How to read a combo pack

Read each component separately. The Keshar Chandan 250 g + 555 250 g combo contains two 250 g packs, for 500 g in total. It combines two fragrances rather than providing one 500 g pack of a single fragrance.

The Muladhara + Maharshi + 555 combo mixes units: 25 Muladhara sticks, 50 g Maharshi and 50 g 555. Keep those quantities separate. Adding 25 sticks to 100 g does not produce a meaningful single total.
