This website is operated by Janak Perfumers Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), a manufacturer and seller of incense sticks and related aromatic products. Our registered office is at C/o Bharat B. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in fragrance, color, or packaging may occur. All product specifications are approximate and may vary slightly from batch to batch.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We accept payments through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of confirmation.

Shipping is currently available only within India.

Shipping is free for orders of ₹499 or above. For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge of ₹80 applies.

Additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are applicable for COD orders.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical or unforeseen circumstances.

For damaged, missing or undelivered orders, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Products are non-returnable for change of mind, fragrance preference, or an incorrect selection by the customer. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges.
For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for the support process and available remedies. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
