We accept payments through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days from the date of confirmation.

Shipping is currently available only within India.

Shipping is free for orders above ₹399. For orders below ₹399, standard shipping charges apply.

Additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are applicable for COD orders.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping provider.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.

To request a return for a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo/video proof of the damage.
