Shipping within India

We currently ship orders within India. Availability of delivery services depends on the delivery address and PIN code.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and courier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping and payment charges

Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility and any Cash on Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Please review the final order total.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address, PIN code and phone number before placing your order. For a delayed or undelivered order, or a parcel marked delivered that you have not received, email support@janakperfumers.com or call +91 98796 08285 with your order number.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please follow our returns and refunds policy. Routine returns and exchanges are not accepted. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
